Refund Policy The Wells Branch Armada Board of
Directors will not grant refunds to swimmers who withdraw from the program
later than April 17.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Coaches determine a swimmer doesn't have the required swimming skills

A doctor orders a swimmer to withdraw for the rest of the season
·

Other special circumstances as approved by the Board of Directors
Approved refunds will be the amount paid minus $25 in
registration fees*, further reduced by $10 per week for each week from May 10
to the date the refund was requested. Please email Board President
Paul Wadehra with questions or to apply
for a refund.
*Registration fees cover the costs of AAU insurance, t-shirts,
swim caps, and other equipment purchased for use by the team.
